Items will be shipped out from Statics Pokemart within 48 - 72 hours of purchase using the shipping service selected at checkout. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. Do not ask to understate item values for shipping, this will not happen. Domestic shipping will cost between €4.99 - €20.00 depending on item size and chosen service. Worldwide shipping will cost €14.99 - €125 depending on item size and chosen service level. ​

Live event purchases will be opened as described, and items will be shipped out 3 -5 days after the specified date of the event. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.

If you would like to for us to keep your order and let it build up a bit to save on shipping cost, we can. Please us the "Add To A Previous Order" function when selecting shipping options.

NOTE: you can only use the function when you have already paid for shipping, if you select this option and haven't paid for shipping we will refund your order. After a certain amount of items, we will post out your products. Once those products have been posted you will need to pay for shipping again.
